Trackman Memberships

Parlore members get 24/7 access to the facility. Membership includes; up to one hour per day, 14-day advanced booking, kids under 14 may accompany a member to their booking free of charge 

JR’s Parlore Golf Membership Policy

Membership Privileges:

• 24/7 Access
• One hour per day from 11:00am – 10:00pm
• Two hours per day off-peak hours (10:00pm – 11:00am)
• Off peak hours is available for MEMBERS ONLY
• You may take a guest during open hours, and must pay for time. For example, if you and a guest book two hours, the first hour is your membership hour, the second hour your guest would pay for.
• If a member books 4 hours, 1 hour is your membership, the other three hours must be paid for.

Booking Policy

1. MEMBERS can pre book bays and times online up to 14 days in advance.
2. Cancellations of bookings must be made online via the central booking system or at golf reception at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 2 hours will result in a cancellation fee of paying for one hour of booking.

Rules and Conditions for JR’s Parlore Golf

1. Absolutely NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL permitted.
2. Any specific dress code and conduct introduced by the venue must be followed.
3. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Extra care must be taken when swinging golf clubs to safeguard injury, specifically:

• • Practice swing within the bay on the golf mat only
  • One person within a bay at any one time
  • No food or beverages on the turf

5. Removing golf balls from the site is strictly forbidden, anyone caught will lose booking privileges.
6. Customer will be responsible and liable for any reckless damages caused to the premises.
7. The management reserves the right to govern the use of all golf facilities as deemed necessary.
8. Management reserves the right to ask customers who are not following the rules to leave and will be escorted off the premises if they are not following the outlined rules.
9. Members entering after hours are only permitted in the golf area and washrooms.
10. Violators will have membership revoked and no refunds permitted.

Liability

1. JR’s Parlore Golf cannot accept any liability for accidents or injury, due to neglect.
2. JR’s Parlore Golf cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to property belonging to any of JR’s Parlore Golf customers, including all car park areas.
3. JR’s Parlore Golf does not accept any liability for injuries relating to accidental injury due to errant golf shots but will make all efforts to ensure the safety of our customers.
